A believer always puts his trust in Allah. even if he suffers sadness. a believer always thinks that Allah will help him and remember this verse of the Qur’an,

Darood is the food of the Heart. recite Darood as much as possible. if anyone recites Darood upon the prophet (ﷺ) one time then Almighty Allah will send mercy upon him ten (10) times. if you get the mercy of Allah then sadness can’t touch you.

There are many types of Islamic songs in Arabic & English language. Listen as you like.

Exercise has various physical and mental benefits, It is a well-proven fact in health science. Exercise helps to relieve tension, restlessness, depression, concern, depression, etc.

One of the basic principles of Islam is that all actions that benefit people are permissible as long as there is nothing in them that is against the Sharia.

9. Use Fragrance

Using fragrance (Attar) is the Sunnah of our beloved Prophet (ﷺ). Narrated by Anas bin Malik: the Messenger of Allah said, Beloved to me in the world women and the fragrance, and Salah is the coolness of my eyes. (Nasai: 3939)

Women can use Fragrances inside of House for their husbands. women can’t go outside of House after using the fragrance (Perfume).

The fragrance helps to keep the mind healthy and fresh. Men can use any time anywhere but women should use fragrances within their limits.
